What happens in the event of inclement weather?

The KCC 5K will take place rain or shine. If cancellation of the event is warranted due to dangerous weather conditions, announcements will be made on race day at the race site. The event will not be canceled in advance. All decisions regarding cancellation will be made on site, race day. All entry fees are non-refundable and may not be deferred toward a future event.

What’s included in the registration fee?

Registration for the KCC 5K includes a moisture management commemorative shirt, *race bag, race bib, and a commemorative finishers medal. Every participant will receive a race t-shirt along with a bag full of goodies and special offers.

Can my entry fees be refunded?

Entry fees are non-refundable.

Can I transfer my race to another individual?

Unfortunately, all races are non-transferrable from one participant to another.

Where do I pick up my race Packet?

Packet pickup is available on the day of the race at the Kings Court Chapel location. Packet Pickup will open at 7 am the day the morning of the race. Packet Pickup for the 5K race will close at 7:50 am to ensure all runners get to the starting line on time.

Do I need to bring anything with me to packet pickup?

To pick up your race packet, you must bring a photo ID or your event ticket with your QR code. If you did not complete the waiver during online registration we will need you to sign a race waiver in order to participate. If the participant is under 18 years old, the waiver must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian.
